Join us for an essential training session designed to empower you in your role as an IEU Delegate (Rep).
- For Organisations with 15 or More Employees: Thanks to recent regulatory changes, Early Childhood members in larger organisations can now access union training during paid work hours.
- For Organisations with Fewer Than 15 Employees: The union can cover the cost of a release day, so you can attend training without impacting your income or workload.
IEU Reps training will provide you with:
- An understanding of your rights and responsibilities as a Rep.
- Useful skills for supporting members.
- An understanding of the current industrial landscape.
Ensure you notify your employer upon registering. If you encounter any issues securing your release entitlements, contact the IEU immediately for assistance.
