I apply for membership of the NSW/ACT Branch of the Independent Education Union of Australia (ABN: 91 925 562 384) and the associated State body, the NSW Independent Education Union (ABN: 20 493 1 56 594) from receipt of the first payment of my membership fees. I agree to abide by the rules of these organisations. I understand that I can resign from the Union at any time by giving notice in writing to the Secretary.
