NSW Christian schools represented by Christian Schools Australia have advised the IEU they will not match the top teacher pay rate in NSW government and Catholic schools until 2025! Even then it will still take many more years to reach the top pay step in a Christian school than in other NSW schools.
This is untenable – IEU will be considering all options to encourage the schools to reconsider their position.
